The worst hotel experience of my life.. First and last time staying at an Oyo property( Oyo Townhouse 023 CR Park)...Here is my ordeal... Discovered the hotel on the Oyo app as i we were looking for a place at night in South delhi... 1. The app showed a rate of 1363 for two guests for a booking from 6th -7th October. After the payment it showed that the booking is confirmed. But when we reached the reception at the hotel for the check in the manager told that it was a partial payement and then the app started showing an extra payment of 1800 rs over and above the payment we had made and which now was suddenly reflecting in the app as well. 2. Extremely rude, impolite and unprofessional staff - When we opposed to paying the hidden charges of 1800 over and above the booking amount of 1363 whcih we paid online and after which we got a booking confirmation, we were bluntly denied check in. Since we had already paid the amount of 1363 and since it was 3 am in the night, we had no other option but pay the extra amount. Also he dint return the change of 200/- as i gave him a 2000 /- note. So ended up paying 3363 rs for a hotel which was initially advertised as 1363. 3. The room Dirtiest possible bed linen and pillow covers with blood stains. Super noisy airconditioner with broken fins and remote. Asked for water since there were no mineral water bottles and was given a dirty bottle filled with tap water. Broken washbasin counter. Dirty toilet seat with urine stains. No kettle or teabags in the room. So asked for a tea from the room service and was told that they are out of cooking gas/ LPG. No toiletries in the bathroom, not even a soap.When asked for it they got an Oyo toiletries packet. Dint even bother to keep towels, had to ask for them. And even the ones we got were super dirty. 3. No contact number of the hotel - After i checked out of the hotel i realised that i had forgotten a few of my belongings in the room and tried to contact the hotel but there was no contact number. Called the Oyo helpline number daily for three to four consecutive days and even they said we could not reach the hotel. How is this even possible. Till now no contact has been possible and i have lost my belongings. 4. The worst experience has been with the Oyo customer support. For a moment i can imagine maybe the hotel is being run by unprofessional people but how is it possible that such a big company like Oyo has such insensitive and clueless customer support staff. After multiple calls also no refund or action has been taken on the extra money charged wrongfully. No contact with the hotel has been possible regarding my belongings. All in all the worst hotel experience of my life. I would request you to never stay in this property ( Oyo Townhouse 023 CR Park) and avoid all Oyo properties.

Rooms were ok, clean sheets and bathroom. No hot water though. Service, however, was absolutely disastrous. We booked inclusive of breakfast. No breakfast was available. When we insisted, they sent 2 slices of burnt toast and a cup of coffee. Horrible. Except for the location which is good if you have work in that area, nothing else is working for this property.

They are so fruad, i booked room in cr park oyo , i paid full booking amount before check in at oyo app , at the time of check in they denied me ask for more money ,& never recommend this property , they upgrade the room in there portal so u have to pay more more, be aware from this property , staff is so rude . Think twice before booking this property

The rooms and services are quite average as compared to others oyo townhouse. The rooms were quite small, view from room also not so good. Bathroom was not hygienic as well as small. Services were also slow which was a turned off for me. It Could be more better!

Room is average. Value for at all. It was good stay near to the place where we had work. Decent facalities in this hotel. Nice facalities provided by the hotel during our stay which was for two days and one night.
